Coastal Clean & Construction LLC is a locally owned contracting company serving homeowners across coastal North Carolina and South Carolina. Derek Spontak founded the company around one straightforward idea: give homeowners quality work, honest pricing, and a finished product they're proud of. Derek works directly with customers from the first estimate through the final walkthrough, so nothing gets lost between the quote and the completed job.
The company specializes in three core areas: fencing, professional painting, and sunrooms. On the fencing side, we sell and install vinyl, aluminum, and wood privacy fences, along with no-dig fencing options and swimming pool fences. For painting, we handle both interior and exterior projects with the same attention to prep and finish. Our sunroom and outdoor living work covers screen rooms, Carolina rooms, four-season rooms, porches, decks, gazebos, and porch enclosures.
From your first call to the finished project, we keep things straightforward and transparent. Here's what to expect.
Call us to schedule a time that works for you. Derek or a team member will visit your property, discuss your project goals, and provide a detailed written estimate with no obligation.
We walk through the estimate, answer your questions, and confirm materials, timeline, and scope. Once you approve, we schedule your project start date.
Our team handles the work from start to finish with quality materials and careful attention to detail. We keep your property clean and communicate progress throughout.
We perform a final walkthrough with you, address any touch-ups, and provide warranty documentation. You're covered by our limited lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship.
We handle all the details so you can enjoy your new fence, fresh paint, or sunroom with confidence.
