Expert Porch Construction in Ocean Isle Beach, NC
Porch construction along the Ocean Isle Beach coastline is different from building inland. Salt air, humidity, and seasonal storm exposure all affect how a porch holds up over time. At Coastal Clean & Construction, owner Derek Spontak works directly with you from the first estimate through the finished build. That means you always know who to call and what to expect. We build open porches, covered porches, and screened porches for primary homes, second homes, and vacation properties across Brunswick County and into South Carolina. Every detail gets attention before we move on. We serve homeowners in Ocean Isle Beach, Sunset Beach, Calabash, Holden Beach, Oak Island, Southport, Shallotte, and the surrounding communities. We beat any written estimate by 10%, and every project is backed by our limited lifetime warranty. If you want a porch built right the first time, call Derek and the Coastal Clean & Construction team.
